Neurological Rehabilitation

Our physical medicine and rehabilitation team at the Health and Healing Outpatient Rehabilitation is comprised of an experienced group of physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists who are dedicated to the rehabilitation of patients who present with a variety of neurological disorders. Everyone works together to develop an interdisciplinary plan of care to maximize the benefits of rehabilitation and to ensure the best care for each individual patient.

We focus on many neurological disorders including:

  • Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (Lou Gehrig's disease)

  • Seating/mobility evaluations, including wheel chair prescription recommendations
