If you have made a credit/debit card payment via the SCL Health online portal and it has been found that you are due a refund, SCL Health will issue a refund to the original credit/debit card that was used to make the initial payment.
All credit/debit card refund requests must be made by contacting the SCL Health Business Customer Service department at 303-813-5300.
Refunds may result from the following:
Duplicate payment received
Additional payment made by insurance
Please allow 10 to 14 days for all credit/debit card refunds to appear on the cardholder's statement.
